Introduction
Health and social care sector is the sector which consists of the organization that
supports healthcare to the people. Such as hospitals, dentists, special supports like
physiotherapy, social care support, nursing homes, Foster caring and nurseries
(Peleman, Lazzari, Budginaitė and Cameron, 2018). Organization chosen is the
general medical council, it is one of the international Charity Organization
established in 1858 and headquartered in the United Kingdom. It is a public sector
organization which is responsible for maintaining the official register of medical
practitioners within the nation. The following discussion is based on the concept of
organogram associated with the chosen organization. Description of job titles and
areas of responsibility for the staff are also discussed. discussions are also made
on the learning plan design and professional development plan with conclusion.

Job titles
There are various job titles in the health and social care sector specifically in the
chosen organisation that is the general medical council in the United Kingdom.
Such as care worker, personal assistant, social worker, community support and
outreach worker, supervisors and managers, occupational therapist, activities
coordinator, technician, counsellor, health psychologist, health visitor, home health
aide, nursing assistant, licensed practical nurse, physical therapy assistant,
registered nurse, physical therapist, ambulance service team, doctors, health
informatics, healthcare science people, healthcare support worker, medical
associates professions and wider health Care team. These are the basic and major
job titles which are important and essential for the healthcare and social Care
Organisation. All these job titles are possessed by the general medical council
organisation (Bove, Jensen, Wysłowska and Karwowska‐Struczyk, 2018).

Areas of responsibility for the
staff
Areas of responsibility for the staff in the general medical council organisation as such that they have
the roles and responsibilities in assisting the patients with basic hygiene activities. Administering the
patients for medication and taking the vital signs along with the report findings to superiors.
Collecting and storing the biological specimens along with the sterilizing medical equipment. Keeping
hospital supplies properly stocked and organised and maintaining relationships with other healthcare
professionals. Disposing of waste and hazardous materials on a timely basis and complying with the
hospital rules and regulations along with the procedures. qualifications and skills required for such
roles and responsibilities are the superior communication skills and excellent manners and etiquette
to attend the patients. They must have the ability to analyse the basic medical information and data
along with the management of a high pressure environment. search professionals must be willing to
maintain the professional demon or at all times. It is important to have some experience in the
hospitals and clinical environment. employees must have the ability to work with other colleagues and
employees in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the organisations and a good understanding
of medical confidentiality laws and practices (Jensen and Iannone, 2018).

Design an organigram
This image is the organogram of a general medical
council organization. As per the above discussion, job
titles and responsibilities are discussed of a particular
organization. This is the structure of the entire
communication flow of the company along with its staff
post and board of director’s structure (Andrews, Lomis,
Richardson and Skochelak, 2021).

Learning Plan design
Learning plan design of the organization is associated with
the people who are new to the organization with less
experience but good qualifications. These are the interns
who are working within the company in order to learn the
medical sciences in a practical form so that they can gain
the experience and practice as a permanent staff in the
organization. Learning planning design is specifically made
for such interns who are pursuing internships in the general
medical council organization (Greenberg, Ghousseini,
Quamme and Wiegmann, 2018).

Professional development
Plan
A professional development plan within the organisation is
based upon the training and development sessions to the
staff regarding the medical sciences. Senior staff uses the
on the job as well as off the job training and development
sessions for the staff so that they can learn theoretically as
well as practically also (Rymarchuk and Vakaliuk, 2019).

Conclusion
It is concluded that the health and social care sector is an important part in
each and everyone's life because it provides medical assistance to the
patients which directly relates with the health of the people. Therefore, it is
important to support such organizations who are in the sector. Hence,
organizational Management is essential which includes the designing of
organogram that contains the job titles and areas of responsibility for the
staff. Moreover, it is necessary and significant to analyze and examine the
professional development plan for the same. This helps your organization in
effective and efficient working and functioning within the company so that
