Personal Analysis
Strengths Areas for further development
My strengths in my profession is that I am good
with managing and coordination skills. Clear and
effective communication and interaction skills
help me to interact with patients and make them
comfortable with me.
I was able to realise my strength during the days
when a medical has arrived in medical services.
The patient was not feeling comfortable to interact
about her case with any of the staff member. When
I got to know about this, I approach her, try to
make her comfortable first with casual talks then
convince her to explain me the complete issue.
Then she discussed her case with me which help
me to create a development plan for her (Aaron
and et. al., 2021).
Developed management skills assist me to manage
my health staff effectively. The skills that I have
developed helps me to analyse the things and
performance of individual member in staff. I able
to evaluate about working capacity of my staff and
assign them work according to their calibre only.
As a manager its my duty to support my staff and
encourage them to support each other as well and
learn them to establish and coordinative and
In my project development plan I focus to
develop my presentation skills. Sometimes;
hospital department does not have
sufficient information to provide to patient
which may lead to arise some issue.
Misunderstanding may arise during billing
or processing payments.
I think this as my weakness to not capable
to tackle such situation. As a manager I
should have ultimate confidence level but
my weakness is that I do not feel confident
while presenting any new idea in front of
staff members or other clients.
Apart from my professional life, I think I
should focus to manage my personal life as
well. As I find it really difficult to get some
time to exercise or go on a evening walk
(Adeani, Febriani and Syafryadin, 2020).

collaborative relationship. Supportive culture helps
in build up a strong team and promote good
culture in working environment.
Opportunities Threats
I have completed my last session assignment on a
social care project report. During my project I
have joined medical campaign and prepared a
report on several different cases that add on a great
value to my knowledge. It helps me to explore
many new cases, monitor and manage various
tasks conducted in campaign. I have got an
opportunity to enhance understanding relevant to
campaign conduction and manage timings, crowd,
manage all the collected samples, etc.
Also to add some more value to my experience I
have joined a multi-speciality hospital there which
improvise my knowledge to deal with patients and
interact with their families. I learnt to coordinate
with present health team and prepare project on
development plan for many patients (Allen,
Palermo, Armstrong and Hay, 2019).
My threat is that I am feeling a bit low
since few days and not focusing on my
health due to workload.
Sometimes feeling of frustration and
irritation level leads to think about that I am
not good enough in managing my personal
and professional life altogether (Ardian,
Hariyati and Afifah, 2019).
