1. Introduction
Mini workshops refers tot he designing project work based courses which are for learning along with cost-
effecting teaching. This is able to provide the experience for the international collaboration of education reform. Mini
project workshops are able to provide the contribution towards development of employabiity skills. In this report, there
are different document which are available for providing the opportunity for delivering high chances of employabiilty.
These document includes personal development plan, reading books and journals, personal SWOT analysis and
many more.

There are12 documents that I have provided that include a personal development plan, reading books and
journals, CV, academic resources, personal SWOT analysis and several other documents. All the documents
that I have produced in this portfolio can help me present my development in my career and academics. The
documents represent how well structured I am and how these have helped me to improve as a student and has
also provided development in my employability. The personal development plan that I have mentioned has
helped me to plan my determinations and goals that I have from myself. The personal development plan is
providing a dynamic version of myself where the objectives that I have stated are completely focused on my
growth in employability skills. To state my Personal Development Plan, I have opted for the SMART objectives.
Using the SMART objective, I also wanted to identify my objectives based on specific, measurable, relevant and
timebound factors that also help me in identifying the significance of every objective and goal that I have stated.
Using this tool, I could easily clarify my vision and set focus based on my abilities. It also helped me gaining self-
discipline and reminded me of my priorities that were necessary for the development of employability. I have also
conducted my personal SWOT analysis. This helped me in analysing the major strengths that I have and reflect
on the opportunities that I can gain from these strengths.
Using the SWOT analysis, I could also identify my major weaknesses and the upcoming threats that I
could face from these weaknesses. Analysing my features with the help of SWOT, I could examine both
negative and positive attributes that I have within myself and determine the best features in MI that can
help me develop my employability skills. Using SWOT analysis to analyse my strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities and threats, I also gain an advantage of planning my future security and use it as a basic
feature for strategic planning of my career. I have also mentioned reading and academic resources. I
believe that reading is one of the best practices that every student should have. Reading different books,
journals and articles, I have gained a lot of knowledge about my characteristics and about how the world
is working when it comes to the skills of employability. To continue with my reding, one of the major
academic resources that have helped me throughout is the e-library of BNU. The e-library has also
provided me to help on being flexible with my reading schedule and preparing myself for being capable of
