EXECUTIVE SUMMMARY
The leaders of health and care they both came together to enhance the long term plan
which could fit for the NHS future and it should get more valuable for the patients. This plan was
drawn by who know NHS best which include patient groups, front-line care as well as health
staff. On 7th January this plan was published and it was known as 10- years plan, and this plan
created key setting ambitions regarding services in the coming next 10 years. The NHS they have
been experienced significant slowdown in the terms of funding growth, when the cost of delivery
as well as increasing demand for services were grown rapidly. NHS long term plan created
renewed commitment regarding that services of mental health would grow faster (van den Broek,
Boselie, Paauwe, and et. al.,2018). The long term NHS plan would deliver for patients and there
are some ways which needed to improved for the patients a care in the coming next ten years and
they have been mentioned below;
Funding for the children with mental health should be increased.
Extra support should be provided for the expectant mothers those are at risk of
premature birth.
Actions should be taken for the children with obesity.
Spreading huge support for the people those suffering from perinatal mental
health.
Most importantly rights care should be provide for the children with disability.
Inhibition of 150,000 dementia, heart attacks and strokes cases.
They will provide exercise and education programs for the many thousand
patients those are suffering from heart problems and in additionally inhibiting
approximately 14,000 premature deaths.
They will save up to 55, 000 lives in a year by providing proper diagnosing for
the patients with cancer at early stage (Tigala, Sharma, Sachdeva, and et. al.,
2018).

INTRODUCTION
Healthcare environment is defined in the terms of medical services. This is taken into
consideration in the terms of society health. In order to maintain health care system along with
healthy environment have been provided to give number of services to the patients so that they
could feel fresh and feel happier. In other words healthy environment can be defined as
satisfying, safe as well as empowering (Wu, and et. al.,2018). This process involve some
particular activities which includes therapeutics activities, diagnostic activities, and in addition
nursing activities these activities are probably common to the food preparation, office work, and
technological maintenance . The healthcare settings it mainly shows numerous places and
services in which healthcare occurs such as rehabilitation, urgent centers and acute care hospitals
as well as specialized outpatient services which includes podiatry, hemodialysis and
chemotherapy, and addition this also include nursing homes. Imperial college healthcare the
NHS trust it is known as trust which is probably situated in the London England. This is well
known as largest NHS trust in England which have been formed academic health science center.
The health care systems they have been divided four steps they are the care team, the individual
patient this mainly includes pharmacists, clinicians and organization and in addition patient and
the family member.

Strength Weakness
In order to increase the demand NHS
trust (2019) redesign patient pathway
for providing virtual clinics and allow
patents to monitor at home.
They have built upon their good rating
from the CQC in order to continue to
develop service.
With the help of their annual report it is
analyses that NHS has a long term plan
and provision of care.
The staff absence rate will increase
from 31.823 (2017/2018) days to 55317
days in (2018/2019) across different
foundation trust.
The trust is below average of equality,
diversity and inclusion, health and
wellbeing, safe environment (bulling,
harassment and violence) NHS
foundation trust.

Strengths Weakness
Redesigned the patient foundation
considered the strength of the
organization (Tarrant, Jenkins and
Laird, 2018). It can help to provide the
virtual clinic & also provide the good
facilities to the patients at home.
For this organization, both mental and
physical treatment essential and they
provide the equal importance to both
health issues.
As per the imperial college NHS trust,
it considers the long term plan for the
success which can help to increase the
health of the patients (Martinussen and
Magnussen, 2019). The main motive to
improve the health care services and it
is analyses that this organization can
provide the best services to their
customers.
Respiratory and cardiovascular diseases
treatment consider the specialist of this
organization.
On the basis of NHS trust, it provides
the best services to their customers in
respect of clinical and focus on the
neonatal health. This organization
mainly concentrate on the child and
young people health.
In the end of the 2018, organization
consider their expenses that was
almost £ 960 Million. Because of the
workforce shortage that's why
organization provide more
opportunity for employment for the
staff members and nurses vacancies.
It is analyzed that NHS perform less
effective and provide the bad quality
treatment to some patients that lead
the 8 to 12 death and that affect the
performance of the organsiation.
This organsiation is known as the 3rd
poor performer as compared to the
other organsiation that is the big
weakness of this organsiation.
They have constantly increased death
rates for babies at birth time and
these deaths appears just after the
birth perinatal mortality.
There are nearly weak at health care
outcomes. The UK performs less in
the terms of people death, therefore
in this way the successful medical
care would have saved their lives.
The UK they do have higher rate of
child mortality during the birth.
