INTRODUCTION
Haringey Clinical Commissioning Group is the partnership organisation
which provide health and social care services within borough. This
organisation provides the talking therapy which is an effective therapy to
treat mental health priority through using different theories like Cognitive
behavioural therapy, interpersonal therapy and couple’s therapy. This
organisation uses the STEEPLE analysis which applies to get better
improvement in people better health and wellbeing (Mahase, (2019)).

STEEPLE analysis refers to the planning tool which is effective marketing
strategies which focus on the advanced analysis through measuring the
macro-environmental external factors (Perera et. al., (2020)).
This may include social, technological, environmental, economic, legal,
political and ethical. Here, two elements are high effective and are
associated with considering the age well priorities.
There are different elements of STEEPLE analysis which are effective and
have high impact on people better health and wellbeing. Here, two
elements are social and economic elements.

Recommendation
 Social element help to establish good relationship with people which
have positive impact on their mental health and allow to age well.
 Social element an also influence people in negative way towards any
superstition that include wrong practices which can have negative
psychological health impact and negative impact on age well.
 Economical element has positive aspect which can help to fulfil the
demand of necessary things that can help in age well.
 Economical element has also negative impact when they are not able to
get proper nutrition which can impact age well.
