INTRODUCTIONManaging change in the social and healthcare sector is a very crucial and cumbersometask because of the verity of operations in which these sector is indulge with. The manager andthe official has the critical responsibility to managing the change effectively by complying itwith organizational goals and objectives. There are various changes are taking place in thescenario of health and social care such as political, social, economical and technological whichmakes managing the change more necessary for the welfare of the organization and society. 1 Discussion Syed's roles and responsibilities in respect to maintain quality in Rosewood Center centre.According to the given scenario, Rosewood Center is an after school play centre forchildren with special needs. Further it operating times is 3.30 PM to 7 pm. There are number ofchildren who have a hearing impairment. In this organisation there are high staff turnover whoprovide health care services to children (Chen, Kim and Yamaguchi, 2014.). CurrentlyRosewood Center has appointed Syed as a manager, where it he observed that some necessarychanges need to be implemented. There are high turnover staff at play centre and they are notmuch skilled in order to provide quality services to children. Further team leader at RosewoodCenter adopted autocratic leadership style which demotivate employees. Teacher and other staffmember who are providing services to children's does not take proper care of children who havea hearing impairment. There are different roles and responsibilities of manager regarding maintaining quality atRosewood Centre. One of the more essential services is the more important is that its quality isassured. The purpose of play school is to teach and support children who are suffering fromdisabilities in order to promote there well being. If the school fail to this then it will impact thehealth and way of living of children (Cameron and Green, 2015). Quality assurance thecontemporary theories claim that quality can be assured only by staff member who provideservices to customers. Further manager can focus on hiring staff member who are highly skilledand have knowledge to handle children with special need. On the other hand existing staffmembers can be provided training facility, so that they came to know the way to treat childrenwho have a hearing impairment. For instance, if teacher understand the way of understandingchildren who cannot hear or speak, then they can easily support them in overcoming there

problems (Boons and Lüdeke-Freund, 2013). Along with this they can trained children lipreading and the through action the way they can express there problem and feelings to other.Therefore, by providing training and development facility to staff member manager can easilyassured quality. Apart from this the Rosewood Centre commitment to quality support its growthof school and help in enhancing the growth and development of school. There are some policyof quality which need to be known by the staff member and teacher in school. To make goodimage in market teachers need to make sure that they provide high quality product which canwin the trust of children's and their parents, it help in gaining their strong trust. Further they needto respond the enquires and request of children so that they feel comfort at Rosewood Centre.Manager need to produce written specification for health care work which sets its concept,characteristics and standards. It is so because the specification is at the heart of guaranteeingquality (Akerib, Alsum and Boulton, 2017). Further manager is need to to seek the controlquality against the specification. At the Rosewood Centre the quality control can be done bymaking right policy and procedure. Manager is also responsible to make sure that resources usedat Rosewood Centre are of good quality, so that children may not get hurt by any resourceswhich are available at play centre. If resources used at play centre is of not good quality thenteacher cannot provide high quality services. Therefore implementation of quality resources isalso very beneficial for Rosewood Centre in order to provide quality services to children2. Conducting a SWOT analysis of Rosewood centreSWOT stands for (Strength, weakness, opportunities and threats) help Manager ofRosewood school in identifying its weakness and strength so that it can easily make changes inits way of working and other in order to improve quality and other factor which lead to becomebarrier in success of Play school. SWOT analysis of Rosewood centre is as follows:Strength:The strength is Rosewood centre is that teachers and other staff members are highlyskilled as they know the way to treat children in appropriate manner who are sufferingfrom disability (van der Zwaan and Di Sbroiavacca, 2016.). Further at Rosewood thereare high staff turnover which help in providing best services at right time without facingany type of problem.
