outstanding patient care. In order to maintain its critical strategic initiative guiding, the
organization combines various fundamentals of work-redesign, associated and serious
cultural alteration, and hardwiring of evidence-based medical practices in order to attain the
set image and mission. Moreover, management also shaped the image for refining the worth
and well-being of the patient care through the extensive implementation of widespread doings
through the support of technology, workforce retraining and another usage of resources
(Gaylin, et al, 2011).
In generic terms, in strategic planning aspect, the health system has basic three
primary strategic goals. One is attaining medical and operative fineness, secondly, generating
or producing combined networks with populace health competences and thirdly, solving the
standards, which are allied with the innovative CIN parameters likewise, strategic
development with financial planning. Along with this, allocating capabilities and remaining
open to the course corrections.
Banner's major concern in strategic planning is addressing to patient satisfaction.

through managing clinical system since technology, which requires IT involvement.

patient services and conduct throughout their admission, discharge or stay ups the process.
Moreover, Banners ability is to upturn patient access, which has optimistic effects on the
association. Through the reduction of inefficiencies, such as minimizing delays in hospitals,
improvements in procedures and managing and increasing scheduling capacity. One of the
