INTRODUCTION
Health and social care services may be defined as the service which is provided to any
individual who needs proper care and support and should ensure proper supervision to take care
of individual health (Gjellebæk & et. al., (2020)). It may include diagnosis, prevention, their
treatment to improve their health to live a quality life. Health care service workers are generally
responsible for the overall well-being and health of the community which it serves. This essay
includes Glady’s case which requires proper care to live effectively. Therefore, she needs health
care services specifically to improve her well-being and provide a healthy lifestyle as well. There
is a discussion about the health and care provisions within the United Kingdom as well as how
they can make an impact on patient well-being such as Gladys's Health. In addition to this, there
