1. Explain some of the different features of a working and a personal relationship. Give two
different features for each type of relationship. [2.1]
Working relationship:
Working relationship depends on adhering the policies and methodologies as well as
determine ways of working. There are correlated and bounded with contracts of code of
practice among with employment. This relationship is professional in nature as there are
boundaries and restrictions present. In working relationship, the attained information that can
be shared or transfer among with them should be concise and particular and also it is kept
confidential except where it is compulsory with other partitioner. The benefits of better
working relationship within the health care profession that are characterised as larger
efficiency, quality of care provided to each individual, high amount of satisfaction with
services, larger response, increase of safety and securities, increased productivity,
sustainability and so on. The main features of working relationship that are effective
communication, trust, respect, diversity and equality. Work relationships are most likely
depends on the determined boundaries though multiple contracts, policies, interventions,
agreed terms and conditions and also code of conduct and practices. It allows an individual to

members which is established with mutual thoughts, perspectives and trust. The information
which is attained that can be shared freely among with others. There is no involvement of
code of practice as well as ethics in this type of relationship. It is sustain by giving quality of
time and efforts to each other. The thoughts shared in this bond are similar like thoughts are
shared with family and friends. The two features of personal relationship that are
communication and honesty. It is generally found between patients-healthcare professionals.

Roles: The two considered roles of health care department are Doctors and

How they work
together:
The collaboration of doctor's knowledge and skills along with nurses
care are considered to be effective for patient's health and may provide
endless benefits to an individuals. It also means the cooperation in
work, dividing duties and responsibilities with each other, solving
problems and also determining appropriate decisions, formulations of
strategies and policies that are best for the health of an individuals and
can help to promote the recovering and coping of illness. The nature of
work between them are professional and Also, it can utilise in
developing acute care plans for chronic diseases such as organ failure,
cardiovascular diseases, strokes and so on. This collaboration promotes
greater efficient communication, coordination of care and patient-
centred care and decision. This team based care is executed by having
multiple visit hospital patients through mix of service providers, in
medical field it is known as rounding. Patients who generally, are in
intensive care or in critical conditions unit requires certain rounds for
quality of services and this collaboration considered as effective
intervention to cope.
