INTRODUCTION Healthcare is referred as the improvement on maintenance of health through prevention, diagnosis and treatment, cure of disease or recovery, injury, illness as well as other mental and physical impairments in individuals (Hickman, and et. al., 2015).In this report, the selected organisation isRamsay Health Care United Kingdom which is a healthcare organisation of UK founded in year 2007 by Paul Ramsay.This report includes analysis and evaluation of role of multi professional working in hospital of UK along with an understanding of nature of organisation formations and services delivery modes within health and social care settings. It also analyses the key issues about service delivery, organisational structure and communication. MAIN BODY Role of multi-professional working in United Kingdom hospital Multi professional team working is defined as the way care professionals work collectively in order to support individuals with complex care requirements that have been determined by risk stratification as well as case finding.In healthcare settings, multi professional teams are common. These teams are considered to provide high quality and efficient care and also deemed to allow distinct professionals to mitigate and exchange knowledge and experience. use of multi professional team in healthcare organisation has become a contemporary organising principle for provision of healthcare. They are expected to render better care to patients and emphasize on relationships,partnerships,narrativesanddialoguesofpatients.Multiprofessionalteams includes different individuals who perform different functions and work collectively in order to accomplish common goal. These teams enable better execution of services in Ramsay Health Care United Kingdom. The hospital provides day surgery facilities all across the United Kingdom and other nations. The network of hospital in United Kingdom involves 36 private facilities that provides variety of treatments from knee replacement surgery to hip replacements and weight loss surgery to cosmetic surgery (Ibrahim and et. al., 2014). It facilitates numerous independent sector treatment centres for English National Health services. In year 2015, Ramsay Health Care United Kingdom in partnership with Genesis Care develop new facilities for treatment at Rivers hospital and Springfield hospital, where the healthcare facilities relocated chemotherapy services to. The external domain includes activities, resources and influences that exist extrinsic to the boundary ofhospital,butimpactsitโsworking.Itincludesfactorslikepopulationcharacteristics, community needs, Medicare etc. Internal domain includes the areas that manager required to address on day to day basis including ensuring that adequate type and number of staff available, quality of care, financial performance etc.In healthcare system of Ramsay Health Care hospital, service delivery is a part where the treatment and supplies are received by patients for which they are entitled to. The services provided by hospital occurs across 2 health settings: hospital based care and community based care. The mode in which services delivered by hospital is face to face. Person centred care services are provided by the hospital in which the care is provided to patient as per their needs. The healthcare professionals in hospital ensure that all the patients get high quality care services which helps in their fast recovery (Shaw, and et. al., 2014).The key issues related to service delivery communication and organizational structure includes delivery system transformation, customer experience, holistic individual health, access to care, doctor and patient confidentiality etc. All these issues require to be considered by the health care professionals so as to ensure provision of high quality care services to patients. 4
