Healthy ageing strategy: Healthy ageing is defined as the process that is related to optimizing
the opportunity to maintain as well as improving physical and mental health, quality of life and
independence throughout the life course. It also related to developing and maintaining functional
abilities that helped an individual in older age (Michel, and Sadana, 2017). Healthy ageing
strategy is related to developing the vision with the objective of older people live well and get
respect in the end stage of their life. Strategies are eat smart, stress less, stay connected with
others.
Concept of inequality: Inequality is defined as the enhances the quality of life through
being unequal on the bases of income gap, age, gender, social class and colour. It is important to
treat every one with equality and provide them equal rights.
Sustainable Development Goals: Sustainable Development Goals also known as the global
goals. These are considered as the universal call to take actions with the objective of end poverty,
protect planet and make sure that people enjoy peace and prosperity and enhance well-being of
life.
Action plan
 It is important to take actions for ageing population that contribute in attaining the vision
of long living and healthy living of ageing people. It is done through developing age-
friendly environment, aligning health systems as per requirement of older population,

rights to everyone are helpful to enhance well-being of people and accomplishing the
objective of sustainable development goals.

The statement is current that sustainable development goals can be achieved through developing
effective healthy ageing strategies as well as reducing inequality. Both concept of healthy ageing
strategy and reducing inequality helps an individual to get respect in community and live their
life with peace and prosperity. Through enhancing quality of life, well-being and treat them
equally motivates people to develop and maintain their functional ability which facilitates them
to live better life and attain all determined sustainable development goals.
Evaluation on global efforts to improve the experience of ageing around the world
Ageing population also keen to adopt changing circumstances as well as trying to
contribute in society as possible. There are various global efforts are taken for the ageing
population that provides them effective experience around the world. Range of unexpected
benefits are associated with older population that enable them to meet the challenges of an
ageing world and improve their quality of life (Stephens, 2017). Thera are various policies are
formulated by the government such as pension policies and medical health that enable them to
take free medical treatment regarding health issues in older age. The concept of senior
citizenship is being introduced that enhances quality of life of older population and enhances
their overall experience in the world.
