2014).

The leader who has been chosen
for the analysis is Herbert
Hoover.
Herbert was the 31st President
of the United States.
Hoover was an important part
of the support which was
provided by the US Government
to the citizens after the World
War (Romager et al. 2017).

Performance of the leader
during a certain period of time
The major leadership based
performance was depicted by
Herbert Hoover after the Great
Depression had occurred (Saeed
et al. 2014).
The panic levels of citizens were
reduced with the help of different
steps taken by Hoover based
supporting them at the time of
extreme emergency (Saleem
2015).
