INTRODUCTION
Culture heritage tourism is the subset of tourism which is concerned with country and
their cultures. It specifies lifestyle of people in different geographical area, history of their, art
culture, religions and other elements which are concerned with them. In modern era, the tourism
industry is providing package to people which is related with culture and historical places.
Moreover, these industries are providing job opportunities to local people to improve their life
styles as well as fulfil their yearnings (Ashworth and Page, 2011). In present report, different
timeline of culture heritage has been explained. Along with this, various aspects of growth of
development industries are explained. Tibet is worldwide tourism destination which is controlled
by China government and they are planning to improve their services to attract large number of
customers. Further, British museum and Victoria Albert Museum are explained along with their
purpose. Besides this, roles and responsibilities of government towards their origin is explained.

Heritages and ethical resources are complex phenomenon with economic, social, political as well
as ecological prospective. Heritages are always taken as the representatives of the country among
the all countries which differentiate it with others. However, there are so many struggles faced to
preserve the heritage and ethnic resources. Different conflicts that are faced in case of Lahasa,
Tibet are discussed below
Lack of presentation of places: This is one of the struggles that took place. It means the lack of
present the places before the host as well as local community. In Tibet this is a major
concern and needs to be evaluated so that attraction can be maintained. Awareness regarding
these heritages among public as well as government is necessary for the betterment and
preservation of these heritages.

Disrespect of rights and interest of tourists: if the interest and rights of tourists, local as well as
hosts are dis respected tan it will adversely affect cultural practice, knowledge, activities and
belief. Hence the rights and the interests of tourists are of main attentive matters.
Misinterpretation of physical attributes: the misinterpretation and wrong presentation of the
physical attributes of the heritages may lead to the misunderstandings regarding cultural
heritages and ethnic resources hence every matter should be interpreted properly regarding
physical attributes of heritages.
Poor planning and land use: if the struggles between tourism project and preservation of
heritages can't be recognised then it may lead to poor planning and land use.
Brown fields sites vs. green field sites: if there is problem in recognizing that where the green
field should be used and where the brown than it will surely effect adversely the
development of tourism.
The local people of China are facing problem because tourist are coming in these places
and destroying their culture. So, it is responsibility of government to take care properly of their
resident people. Along with this, private as well as public companies are making more
contribution in developing tourism industry so far. It will aid to organization in providing more
facilities to visitors.

2.1 Purpose of heritage and cultural attractions in meeting the needs of different customers
With its prosperous history and great cultural diversity UK attracts a lot of tourists and
visitors. Many travelers come to experience the historical aura of the places. Many come for
education purpose. In the modern Era also the UK has able to protect its culture and historical
places. From urban modern marvels to historic marvels. Legacy and culture safeguarding is an
assignment for an administration bodies. They are truly old and their preservation is truly hard.
So it is a noteworthy obligation of numerous administration bodies and association of travel and
tourism industry to deal with the issues (Barbieri and Mahoney, 2010). It is hard to keep up these
monuments in their regular shape in light of the fact that to remain them attracting numerous
innovations are getting use. This lead in making of such heritage hard to manage. There are
many going by locales in UK however some renowned landmarks are:
