INTRODUCTION
Heritage and cultural management is the important element for the tourism industry. It is
vocation and to mange the cultural heritage. It is mainly concerned with identification,
maintenance and preservation of cultural heritage. Intangible aspects of heritage are also
considered as traditional ways, language and culture. It is required to maintain the heritage at the
destination so that more and more tourism can be attracted toward the destination. It is required
to have the cultural activities because tourist are more attracted toward the destination where any
cultural activity is famous (Richards and Munsters, 2010).
This sector contributes more revenue for the government. It is required to maintain the culture
and to secure from the other development. It helps to attract more and more tourist toward the
destination. The government provides aid to this sector because this sector not only contribute to
the revenue but also to the foreign currency reserve. The heritage that are in the state and country
require regular maintenance so that tourist can get actual view of the tradition of the place. It
helps to attract large number of tourist at the destination. Sometime, tourist are more attracted
toward the tradition and they come to visit just to know more about that tradition and culture.

The conservation and the preservation of the cultural and the heritage resources includes the
protection and the restoration of the value of the resources by applying the different methods
that would be useful in keeping the resources protected as they were in earlier conditions and
thus they can be protected for long term (Richards and Munsters, 2010). The conservation and
the protection of the resources are concerned with protection of British & V& A museum. The
art and the different type of paintings that are kept in the museum. The care of the museum can

be done by keeping a track on the place where the different items are stored, examination,
documentation and restoration of the resources in the organisations.
The areas and the scope of the conservation of the art and architecture involves the care
and the protection of the working art that is kept in museum. The conservation of the cultural
heritage sites including the broad preservation of the cultural and the historic work that was
done by the people of earlier times. The peoples of earlier times were lover of art and they used
to design different work in the form of painting and scriptures. The conservation of art work
requires the guidelines that are to be followed for the preservation of the works in museum.
Minimal Intervention: There should be minimal intervention in the cultural and the heritage
work.
Appropriate methods to preserve resources.
Proper documentation of the art work.
The conservation of the resources is a broad aspect and the citizen and the government
should take measures to protect the work of the older times (Ung and Vong, 2010). The
government should takes action so that the heritage work is not destroyed and it can be kept in
the museum sop that the people of the present time can see the work of the people of past the
way they used to design the different scriptures, The art they used in drawing the pictures by
applying their own minds as there were no technology that can be used to get the ideas in those
days. The people of older times were very hard working. The heritage an the cultural resources
depicts the beauty of the place and thus they should be preserved and taken care so that the
resources will not be destroyed and they can be used effectively and efficiently in the
organisation. The conservation of resources requires that it is the responsibilities of the citizens
that they should not destroy the resources and preserve the resources for the future use. The
British and V& A museum are preserving the work that were done by the people of the older
times so that the present generation can see the hard work and the interest people showed in
building and designing different images in the form of painting (Loulanski and Loulanski,
2011).
The case of Lhasa and Tibet gives an idea about different function that can help in the aspect of
creating a different culture because they have different languages and values as well that tells
about a basic culture. The development takes place that had created a better function. There
was many different cultures and languages that were followed in ancient times. There ancient
