Introduction
To control different functions of the business every company needs to adopt effective account
software that helps to manage everything in a systematic manner. This report is based on Amcor
limited largest packaging company for healthcare, beverage, food, and industrial markets, in
Australia. There are huge operations is performed by employees for which they required
effective account system. In this report, the current organizational structure of Amcor has been
analyzed. There are so many problem is faced by Amcor because of organisational structure that
has been discussed in this report. In the second part of the report the current market size of the
company will be examined and develop recommendation to overcome problem that is faced by

1. The current organizational structure
There are several responsibilities allocated to employees according to their roles that are
considered as organizational structure. This will assist in maintaining coordination between
employees and employers. Amcor Company flow effective communication for transferring

in the workplace. The complexity totally depends on the size and nature of the company and also
