Reflective learning enables the students
to understand what they have learned,
read or done, relating to the module or
lesson which is relevant and meaningful. I
have learned that It is much more than
memorizing the facts, dates and formulas.
It involves the period of reflection where I
can evaluate the learning and
experiences (Erdogan, 2019). It will help
me in accepting the responsibility, being
aware of internal thinking process as well
as of motives and actions and it helps in
self-development of an individual.
Reflective learning took much time and
practice but it helped me much improving
my future performance and development
of critical thinking skills.
Reflective learning will help me in the
future careers such as it has boosted
my thinking skills it will help me to take
decisions in the business as well as in
everyday life. It has improved my
performance which will help in future
performing more effectively in my
studies and overall career (Brown and
Mountain, 2020). It will help me to stick
to my goals and objectives of my life.
By reflective learning I became much
proactive which will enable me to
understand the new topics and subjects
more clearly as well as it will help me to
evaluate and understand my personal
strengths and weaknesses which in
future will help to increase my
effectiveness by improvements.
It is very important to make
sure that the goals set by us
are smart goals. Reflective
learning is much specific goal
which can be attained by giving
some time and practices. The
specific goals will help me to
give my best for achieving it as
it will allow me to focus on the
particular goal. These are
measurable for evaluating the
progress of the development.
This learning is relevant as it
provides many benefits to the
learner. It is time based goal
which can be completed by the
target time. This goal can be
implemented easily in the future
by me as it they are much
relevant and gives positive
outcome.
