Reflective Learning.
I have analysed that, reflective learning
plays the vital role in the analysing own
strengths and weakness. In my class, the
reflective learning has made me enable in
terms of knowing my status. With the help
of this, I expressed my learning to the
other people as well. This subject has
enabled me to adopt the critical
analysation thinking. I got the clear vision
in relation of making reflection over the
learning. It is important to reflect upon
self abilities as it provides idea about the
things that are needed to be improved
(Colomer and et.al., 2020). Also, helps in
shaping the professional character.
The reflective learning will help in
future in terms of analysing my own
experience in the learning. As for
enhancing the learning it is highly
important to make focus over analysing
the pattern of the learning that has been
adopted. Thus, the reflective learning
will assist me by assuring me idea
regarding the things that has to be
improved in me. Furthermore, it depicts
my strengths and I will become aware
about my strengths. Also, I will use my
strengths in order to increase my
learning ability and I will make focus on
my weakness and improve my weakness
I will implement this learning in
my future within allocating me
time for each topic. I will learn
the topic within managing the
time-frame that has been set by
me. Afterwards, I will perform
the reflection over my learning.
So, I can be aware about my
major weakness. Also, I will
take feedback from my tutor.
Afterwards, I will make
comparison over my reflective
learning and the feedback that
has been given by the tutor.

as well. regular basis in order to keep
learning on track. Thus, this will
enhance my learning and assure
effective abilities of learning in
me.
Use of Formative feedback I have learned that, formative feedback
plays crucial role in increasing the
learning and final result of the students.
Formative assessment provides the
opportunities of formative feedback. My
tutor has conducted the formative
assessment and then on the basis of my
performance the feedback has been
assured to me. I have learned that
formative feedback plays important role in
improving the results of summative
assessment (Leenknecht and et.al., 2021).
The concept of formative feedback
helps me in my future studies and along
with this, it also contribute in
establishing the effective career. I will
take formative feedback from my
teacher on regular basis so, I can
become aware about the things that is
needed to improve. The biggest benefit
of the formative feedback towards me is
that, it helps in knowing the status
before performance in summative
