all social and cultural events and traditions of people from all over the world. Stakeholders
from the government and industry worked together to implement the ideas and objectives of

responsible tourism and, as the most popular party, must lead some other decision makers in
that growth (Strzelecka, Boley and Strzelecka, 2017). This report is going to consider Hilton
Hotels and also going to analyse And informs that in stakeholders about the challenges and
problems and the future of tourism Incorporating sustainability agenda. Apart from this this
report also going to set the goals and visions and past, present and future operations of the
Tourism industries in order to analyse the challenges.

Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc., originally Hilton Hotels Corporation, is an
international hospitality business based in the United States that operates and franchises a
diverse range of hotels & restaurants. Conrad Hilton started the company in May 1919, and it
is presently run by Christopher J. Nassetta. Hilton Hotels founded on 31 May 1919 in United
States and the founder of the Hilton hotel is Conrad Nicholson Hilton. This report going to
explain about the Hilton hotels and also going to inform the stakeholders about the challenges
and problems which are facing by the company and also going to explain about the future of
tourism incorporating sustainability a gender and what are the agenda which are set by the
company for the sustainable tourism in order to improve their efficiency and effectiveness
(Ng, Chia, and Ramachandran, 2017).

VISION
The vision of the organisation are to improve the sustainable tourism around the globe
and helping the environment in order to achieve their goals and providing support to local
community and support environment because it is the key to sustainability in tourism.
PAST OPERATIONS

employing environmental friendly practices like reduce, reuse, recycle and they are
protecting cultural and natural heritage like they are re-storing storing buildings and also
saving endangered species. Apart from this the organisation is also focusing on the providing
tangible social as well as economic benefits for the local communities so that they can
achieve sustainability and improve their sustainability compatibility in the society (Han and
Hyun, 2018).
FUTURE OPERATIONS
The company Hilton hotel introduce a new strategy travel with purpose in order to
redefine and develop sustainable travel across the globe. By 2030, the organisation Hilton
Hotels wants to help increase their social impact investment and also want to decrease their
environmental footprint. In order to manage all the things the organisation is focusing on the
performance management system so that the company can evaluate, measure their reports and
their activities and can also evaluate the social impact at each of Hiltons property at
everywhere. Hilton hotel is a worldwide skill which is used to drive local economic growth
and also drive to protect human rights. The organisation is investing in the people and also
investing in the local communities so that they can decrease the effect on natural resources
through travel with purpose strategy. The major and the main strategy of the organisation is
to line with the sustainable development goals of the united nation in order to improve their
effectiveness and improve the sustainable tourism in order to achieve their goals and
objectives (Saito and Ruhanen, 2017). Apart from this the organisation is also focusing on the

sustainable tourism contribute towards a balanced as well as healthy economy by introducing
tourism related employment, revenues and also enhancing the destination social, cultural,
natural and introducing the sources for the enjoyment and well-being of the visitors as well as
residents. That is why it is very important for the every organisation and hospitality industry
to focusing on the sustainable tourism in order to overcome the barriers and improve the
