From birth to about age 1 or 2 years, children grow rapidly. After this time,growth slows. As growth slows, children need fewer calories and parents may notice a decreasein appetite.3.2) Cognitive development in infants is the process of development of psychological andthinking process in young children. Babies and young children tend to learn from theirsurrounding environment with the help of their senses and their behaviour transformed rapidly.1
