attain better sustainability business uses the different strategies and with support of it try to
accomplish respective position in the marketplace (Bagherzadeh, 2019). It provides support to
the business as in terms of maintaining lead in the market and for that the better involvement of
employee's is more needed. It helps to complete the different projects within the stipulated period
of instance by which working potential and performance both get enhanced. The following report
is based on Bandon Tiles Ltd that is the small company and wants to expands its business over
new places and for that need to work on inclusive and diverseness. The report consist of the
project plan, research, findings, recommendation and evaluation.

As Bandon tiles Ltd expands its business thus required the employee's that are more
suitable to imply the certain changes within the working aspects of business. It helps the

P2) Project management plan
It is a document that is constructed to impart more clarity while working as it helps to plan,
control, implement, execute and monitor the task and activities through which the redundancy of
project is reduces (Butler, 2020).
Cost: It defines the total amount or costing that is needed to induce within the business
and with this researcher uses this to complete the various work elements and for this
research Bandon tiles assigned the amount of £68000 and it consist of following
components:
Time: It is the total period that is taken by the researcher in order to complete the
research in systematic format and for this researcher need the time period of 3 weeks and
within this instance the better outcomes are developed.

research and for this researcher induce the better changes as per the suitability of project
or to attain the profitable output. Communication: It is a process that is needed for the researcher so as to make interaction
with the employee's and respondents that helps to make effective interpretation and from
this different communication medium are used as like mobile phones, internet, computers
etc. Risk: It is a factor that comes in parallel as per the processing of project and resist the
performance of project for this researcher ensure that all the different activities get
processed with more effectiveness and with this complexity is reduces on timely basis.
Resources: It is a factor that is based on the various amount of sources that are needed
while completing the research and for this researcher need printing machines, internet
sources, human resource, paper and many others as well (Enkel, 2018).

Gantt chart: It is a chart that is represented in the form of bar graph and provide the
briefing of all the different activities and task that is performed within the project management. It

and equalities. I have also uses the computational tools as like Gantt chart and work breakdown
structure and due to the support of it make it project more relevance by which better clarity of
different task and activities is accomplished that is needed to perform while resulting to end of
project. It is a prospect that need to develop the profitable aspect and with this the efficiency of
result that is more useful for the business is improvised. These tools helps to develop better
interrelationship in between all the activities and with this the management of project become
more comfortable. I have better skills of communication and interpretation thus it make easy for
me while making interaction with the employee's and with this better achievement of success and

and with this make easy flow of all activities and conversion of different statistical information
into managerial format. The working of project management plan helps to make affirmative
modifications as with this I have make accurate usage of different components as like time, cost,

this have face different challenges as well that is in by managing the team or my making
decision-making as while interpreting the data's and collective information thus have uses the
analytical and academic skills of mine with this try to attain adequate result within the prior time
