As a student, there are different role which needs to play for different policies which need
to be followed. There is a need to follow all of the standards for children practice 2015 which
provides information about the handling of children with care. This provides them enough safety
that should not be any compromise from their safety/ There is also used policy that is joining the
dots 2011, regulation of care act 2001 in which all children need to be provided in care which
cannot attend any type of insecurity. Parental involvement at 2006 delivers that there is a need
for to involvement of parents in all decisions related to their children. There is also need to take
care of good timekeeping which can provide every activity on time and can leave an enthusiastic
impression for children better health. There is also a need to understand hierarchy and nursery
policy is which can provide a better understanding of Children's care by the following policy as a
student. It also needs to hard work in a positive manner that should provide accountability of
providing children's welfare. There is a need to maintain confidentiality which is not needed to
share personal information with other persons or any other agency. It needs to maintain
confidentiality within practicing, There is also a need to fulfill the child protection policy for
protecting the place where safety and security should be confirmed and no harm will be
delivered to children. Regulation of care act 2001, allows delivering better health and safety at
the work which should not be provided any harm to them (Bartlett, (2019)).

As a learning student. there is a diagram which is showing the understanding of
