organisation.” A case study on London Clinic.
Research objectives:
 To study the importance of management structure for London Clinic.
 To determine the contribution of management structure in success and growth of London
Clinic.
 To critically evaluate the different types of management structure with their potential
benefits and challenges for London Clinic
 To recommend the best management structure for London Clinic for achievement of its
success and growth.
Research questions
 What is the importance of management structure for successful growth of London Clinic?
 What is the contribution of management structure in success and growth of an
organisation?
 What are the different type of management structure that can be adopt by London Clinic
to achieve its successful growth?
Data collection:
The primary data is collected by using questionnaire in which some set of questions are
included which are related to the topic. These questionnaires are distributed to the respondents
through email. The respondents are selected through using probability sampling method as in
this, the chances of selection of each individual is equal and this help researcher in removing
biasness at the time of selecting sample size. 50 respondents are selected for filling these
questionnaires and these participants are the stakeholders of London clinic. The questionnaire in
relation to this investigation is mentioned below:
