I am Roland Rozgonyi a student at Icon College doing my final year in business and
management. As part of my study, I am required to carry out a primary research reflecting a
topic of my choice. The topic is Managing cultural diversity and profit – A case study of
Marks & Spencer. You have been randomly selected to take part in this study. Your
participation is important, but voluntary and you will not be paid for your participation. Your
name will not be used in any part of the study, so do not write your name on the questionnaire
