Introduction
There are various types of legislations that are required to be
followed by the hospitality sector organisations such as Healthy
and Yummy. It is very important for the business entities to follow
all of them so that operational and executional activities can be
performed in appropriate manner. This presentation covers all
those legislations.

 Food safety act 1990-
Government of UK made
sure that company's comply
to the food quality standards
by introducing an act of food
and safety act 1990.

Human right act 1998- According
to this act rights of citizens of
UK are protected, government
passed this act in 1998 under
British law to pose sanctions on
those who don't abide by the
rules mentioned under this.

Equality act 2010- This act was introduced to protect workers
from any type of discrimination. Discrimination on the basis of
gender race and disability should not happen at workplace.
Licensing ACT 2003- In reference to this act, permission in the
form of licence is required to use and sale of alcohol and late night
refreshments (late night clubbing) from government.

Company prosecuted by government
Company named cleverly hills was prosecuted under British law in
2009 for giving false information. The company's act 2006 states that
company can be prosecuted for criminal liability. It is mandatory for
every company to give true information about names, address of
company's accounts. The UK government is working constantly to
protect company's rights. Nearly 4 million companies are registered
legally in company's registrar in UK. Kevin brewer businessmen who
incorporated cleverly was fined £1,602

Implications of the legislation
There are various types of laws such as contract, employment and
company. All these laws were introduced by the government has
affected hospitality industry in a positive way. These measures
have brought a significant change in the environment. The
employees feel more secure and safe due to human rights act and
equality act. According to me organizations can ignore the
prosecutions by following the ethical principles and fulfilling legal
requirements.

Conclusion
This presentation concludes that all the organizations are required
to follow legislation of the government so that business can be
operated in appropriate manner. It is also beneficial for the
effective execution of the business and ignore prosecutions.
