Therefore, some stages of HR life cycle are mention as follow: Recruitment-In the hospitality organisation there are large of employee's perform their work to achieve organisational goals and objectives. Therefore, to achieve organisational goal with more efficiency recruitment is the first stage which is performed by organisation or HR department. Along, with this recruiting the right candidate helps the management to reduce the turnover of employee's.
