the hospitality industry (Wiltshier, Priffiths and Clarke, 2019). Its headquarter is based on
Bromley, United Kingdom from which they operates their business among all over the world.
This report highlights on different stages of HR life cycle and their importance in the
organisation. Along with this performance management plan will also be cover in the report. In
the last, there specific legislation such as race relation act, sex discrimination act and different
functional roles will also be focused in the report.
