INTRODUCTION
Sustainable development is become consider as important objective of tourism and travel
industry, identifying key principles regarding sustainable which underpinning the planning
process in UK. Consequently, sustainable tourism is based on the concept that widely embraced
by different policy makers from both private as well as public organization.
This documentation will discuss about the contribution of sustainable principle within
tourism sector in context of growth and development. It will describe about the different

being a world tourist for many decade, but identifying the problem as per need of hotel in urban
areas or place (Čech, Jindřichovská and Neubauer, 2019). The condition of tourism sector is
becoming critical so that government dedicated to implement sustainable development planning
in order to eliminate different threats. This type case study is based on the sustainable
development within tourism sector at urban area or place in London.
A case study is related to the implementation of sustainable policies and procedures within
hospitality and tourism industry in UK London hotels. In this way, it will increase the ability to
implement in effective manner. The concept of sustainability has received the attention within
urban tourism research when comparison with different forms of tourism. Evan through urban
tourism should be considered as one of earliest form which has been emerged in 1980.
The case study is all about the interest in urban tourism research while promoting awareness
related sustainable development among different London hotels that have already exists with
urban area or place (Ali, Rasoolimanesh and Cobanoglu, 2020). It emphasises the important role
played by UK government and other local authorities in planning and management of sustainable
tourism, in particularly promotion and implementing the sustainable policies. Many different

local authorised are believed to have been setup advantage in managing and controlling complex
phenomenon of tourism. This can be possible because of their competences in related to policy
areas which always influences its sustainable development such as infrastructure, transportation

which needs to maintain their political stability, provide both legal, financial, security and social
infrastructure. These are considered all essential part of sustainable tourism development.
Furthermore, in UK local authorities are concerned about the better place to perform as
delicate task of juggling the perception of hotel interest with local resident needs, want and
preferences. In order to maintain and control economic health of community, ensure that
development is sustainable. Although they have been criticized for being reactive rather than
proactive. This case study concludes that shortcomings as local government are providing the
greater opportunities for Small hotels to derive sustainable development within urban areas. In
this way, it is promoting the sustainable tourism and other local authorities need to adopt the
better policy document which provide as guidance the development of activity.
Investigation and analysis of sustainable theory
In general, sustainability is based on the concept as form of intergenerational ethics in
which perform economic as well as environmental actions taken by person. Sustainability is long
term visibility within hospitality industry in order to enhance overall business performance and
efficiency in global world. In context of tourism industry, a corporate social responsibility (CSR)
theory is useful in the tourism business while establishing interact with different groups within
society (Chung, 2020). It makes enterprise possible and provide resources such as legal
infrastructure, education. Physical needs, workforce. Basically, CSR theory can use sustainable
development to satisfy the requirement of different stakeholder. It will be considered as central
part for retaining societal legitimacy. CSR is based on the suitable approach which applicable in
tourism business to inspire or motivate for increasing their performance within urban areas.
Another, it is also implementing appropriate legal aspects which encompass voluntary actions.
As implementation of CSR theory which varies on the basis of corporations specific
