INTRODUCTION
Hospitality management can be defined as an operational activity which is associated
with delivering drink, accommodations and food to customers, in best manner. But for managing
all activities like making orders, fulfil client’s requirement and more, managers of restaurants
should have possessed sound communication and negotiation skills (Payne-Palacio, 2016). This
assignment is based on the concept of management of restaurant by offering innovative services
to clients. For this purpose, The Anthologist Bar Restaurant is taken, which is situated nearby
City of London. It is the most stylish bar which boost a mixology table and delivers services
through Wetherspoon App to customers, where they are allowed to make order at their table
without leaving seat. Through this innovative app, respective restaurant to gain high satisfaction
of clients. In this regard, present assignment showcase efficiency, performance objectives and
more of given, on enhancing image of mention restaurant.

JD Wetherspoon, through its mobile application could effectively accomplish various
performance objectives which would further help in the firm in having a competitive advantage.
