developing better places in organisation along with rendering luxuries. In the modern era of
business, the amount of higher and upper-middle class is developing which have lead the success
in the hospitality industry as well. People are more preferring or seeking the leisure, luxury and
friendly places to live which is cheap and affordable as well. This have become more required in
the today's business world to manage and assure weather the organisation is giving their
consumer more quality with their services as this is very essential elements which is why various
companies manage the division of quality management (Kirk, 2011).
