INTRODUCTION
 Hospitality is the industry in which the guests
are welcomed and the staff takes care of there
well-being.
 Hospitality involves bars, pub, restaurants,
hotels and many more.
 Hospitality can be said as the sector that
welcomes the visitors, guests and take care of
them like a home when they are away from
home.
 This presentation is going to show the shortage
of staff in the current situation of hospitality
industry and it will tell you that why I have
chosen hospitality as my career option.
 Hospitality industries include hotel that provide
you a stay with the homely feeling.

SHORTAGE OF STAFF
 In the last year, there is a lot of things changed in our
surrounding and the development in the hospitality
sector is also the big change in the country, there are
many new technology came and have made so many
creative innovations in the hotels but the work of human
is still the work of human, there are some works that
can never be done by technology or robotics.
 In the current world, the hospitality sector is facing
huge shortage of staff as according to a report of TOI 6
out of 1 employees are leaving there job in hospitality
sector
 There can be many factors that are causing the shortage
of staff, it can be some personal issue or something else
 Not everyone have the same issues but during the time
of analyzation, there are some issues that can be said as
common issues that are creating shortage of staff, these
issues are as follows:-
