INTRODUCTION
The Hospitality Industry is most developing sector and growing sector and become successful
industry day by day of any country. This hospitality industry helps in contributing economy of
a country to develop and grow. In this hospitality service there are various kinds of service is
involved like Hotel industry, Travel Industry and etc. this all we help in grow and develop the
country. The Goring Hotel is one Luxury and Royal hotel of UK and it is established in the year
of 2nd Mach 1910 in Belgravia, London,UK and Jeremy Owner is the owner of The Goring
Hotel. This report is based on how leadership style is important for an organization and how it
will impact on their business and it also includes that responsibility and responsible of
leadership in organization for competitive advantages in market. This report also includes that
how CSR ( Corporate Social Responsibility) is benefits for The Goring Hotel and how it is
communicating hospitality industry, government, and civil society. It also includes that how
social media give benefits to organization and risk factors involve in organization and how these
risk will affect The Goring Hotel and analyse and prepare strategies which will help to minimise
risk factor of organization due to Social Media (Guzzo, Abbott, and Madera, 2020).

the justification of selection of leadership styles.
Leadership:
Leadership is very important aspect of any organization because leaders helps to develop and
grow their business in market. Leaders have to play various responsibility in organization like
they have to motivate their employees to work with more effective way so that they easily
enhance their profits of an organization, analyse risk factors and minimise that risk by preparing
strategies. Leaders have to examine all employees and skills so they know which employees is
suitable for which task so that they perform their task with more responsibility and effectively.
Leaders have to check performance of individual employees in organization. The employees who
perform their duties with responsibility then they must have to appreciate their works so they
highly motivated for their responsibility and they perform their task with more effectiveness and
employees who don't perform their duties with responsibility then leaders have to motivate those
employees so that they perform their task with more responsibility and this will enhance

performance level of employees and it will also impact on organization growth. This leadership
responsibility also have to play by The Goring Hotel London where leaders have to motivate
their employees and enhance performance of all employees and improve performance production
of organization. This very important that leaders have do their all duties with responsibility
because they help in grow and develop their business and in-order to generate profits (Ulker-
Demirel, and Ciftci, 2020).
Leadership Traits:
Leadership is not come with our born we have to learn and adopt the leadership skills which
help to become good leaders. For becoming a good leaders they have to learn new skills and
traits of leadership which help them to lead a group of employees in organization. There are
different types of Leadership Traits which are discussed below:
They Promote Compelling Vision: If they want to become good leaders then they must have
vision so that they become successful leaders. Leaders know how to plan, strategies and create
clear vision in reference to organization. This vision help employees to inspire their
responsibility. If Goring Hotel London leaders want become successful in organization then
leaders must have to set their vision so they know that what they are working and it inspire his
followers in organization.
They Admit Their Mistakes: Leaders are responsible for everything in organization and they
have to accountable for everything which is comes in under the leaders responsibility in
organization. If any thing done wrong by leaders then they have to accept their mistake so that
