INTRODUCTION
Child development refers to the overall sequence of the development of children regarding
their language, emotional changes that leads to occur among child since their birth. This process
is considered as the child progress from the dependency on their parents and other guardians in
order to enhance independence. In early years the life of children is very important in regard of
health and development (De Wilde, Brysbaert and Eyckmans, 2020). For this, the healthy
development of children depicts suitable abilities undertaking the prominent health care needs in
order to grow up for the social, emotional and educational needs. Along with this, children
acquire language with the help of interaction as not only the parents and other adults but also the
children in order to grow up in the normal households by which they acquire the suitable
language which is being used around them.

Language is the basic method of communication but there are also several methods in
order to communicate without the effective use of language. When it is asked to effectively
define regarding the language they need to think in verbal and written context regarding the
suitable symbols and sounds to convey meaning. For this, the Australian children firstly learn
English language in order to convey and speak to other people as it is their mother language. In
this context, children tend to spend their first year while making sense of the sounds around them
that does not make sense to them (Curdt-Christiansen and La Morgia, 2018). Research shows
that since birth babies begin to learn language with the help of sounds and after their birth they
tends to make difference among mother language and another language by showing their
capability.
After 11 months’ babies begin to say some words which has been recorded in their brain as
children from monolingual English households from which Elise belong are specialised to the
procedure of the sounds of English and not to the sounds of mother language and other
unfamiliar language. In regard of this, the babies from the bilingual English households are also
specialised to the process of both languages which is their mother language and other (Cole and
Flexer, 2019). In this context, culture plays an important role for the overall development and
growth of children since their birth to age ten in order to speak English language and
