The evolution of internet has revolutionised the quality of life of society. It has made
been successful in fulfilling all human needs. In recent times, AI has emerged as new
technology. it is the use of computer intelligence and robots in machines (Kawakami and
Katahira, 2015). AI has transformed business activities and influenced life of people to a great
extent. In the future it is expected that AI will help in improving life of human beings. This can
be analysed as below :-
Labour market- it is expected that AI will replace the labour with machines. For doing complex
task business will use AI instead of employees. this will help in saving cost and time. Moreover,
it will be useful in enhancing efficiency of business. the reduction of involvement of labour will
lead to unemployment. But on the other hand, it will be beneficial in providing high quality
products and services.
Improvement in quality of life – The use of AI will allow people to save their time while doing
complex task. AI will eliminate doing of repetitive task (Khargonekar and Dahleh, 2018). This
will save time of people thus providing them to enjoy and relax. Also, AI will guide human to
work in creative way. the use of voice commands enables in automating activities. Thus, it will
save energy of people and also providing high quality care services. therefore, in this way quality
of life of people will be improved.
