orders, providing requested information or advices is vital in that business. In such situations the
business transactions mostly depend on the service provided by call centre agent. the
management cannot make the customers happy unless the call centre agent make their customers
customers happy. Therefore it is required to provide a quality service by call center agents. It ca
be done as long as they remain happy. If they do not enjoy the work, it will affect the success of
the organization’s goal.
White & Whistle Ltd works with big companies providing call centre services. It works in 24
hour in all 7 days. It has to deal with a high level of client base. When identifying the given
details it can be identified that it is facing a problem in lack of motivation and team leadership
skills. Due to that there can be several issues. When the employees are not motivated the quality
of the service they provide may reduced. The company can face the issue of high employee
turnover. Once the existing staff is not motivated it will create a situation where new workforce
