It has to deal with a high level of client base. When identifying the given details it can be identified that it is facing a problem in lack of motivation and team leadership skills. Due to that there can be several issues. When the employees are not motivated the quality of the service they provide may reduced. The company can face the issue of high employee turnover. Once the existing staff is not motivated it will create a situation where new workforce cannot be attracted. That will result the instability of the company. This is a critical issue which directly affects to the productivity of the workforce which ultimately providing a negative impact on total performance and productivity of the company.
