Human resource management performs the most important functions in
any institution or workplace which are for the welfare of the employees
as well as the organisation such as workforce planning, recruitment and
selection, training and development, performance appraisal and many
more.
LSST is the biggest college in UK which is facing a tough competition
as many new entrants entered the emerging market.
The report thus will begin by describing the benefits of recruiting and
retaining the individuals with correct knowledge followed by the ways
in which the best and qualified individuals can be attracted and
recruited.
Also, various methods will be highlighted which can make the working
environment competitive in order to compete with the competitors.

tough competition due to the maximum number of
new entrants.
The college has expanded itself in four campuses in
UK. IT considers its education providers as the assets
of the college.
So, in order to compete with other colleges, the
college must recruit and retain the professionally
qualified personnel who are able to deliver the
specialist courses selected by the top management of
the college.
