INTRODUCTION
In the present investigation I will collect detailed data about the job opportunities in the
profession of HR. This is the kind of profession that demands confidence, skills to convince and
communication. I look forward to make career in the field of human resource as it provides
greater opportunities to develop and experience success. There are great number of recent
graduates who desire to make career in HR because they are interested in connecting with human
employees and learn from them (Poba-Nzaou, Uwizeyemungu and Clarke, 2020). Human
resource is the profession which is directly linked with the management of people working in the
organisation. So, the current investigation highlights the latest trends in the profession of HR as
well as skills, knowledge and experience required to get in the HR profession. The current
investigation carries out latest trends which directly impacts recent graduates who desire or urge
to build career as an HR. Hence, this report covers primary as well as secondary information so
that in-depth information can be carried out. Primary data will be accumulated through strategy
called interview in which certain open ended questions are included. On the other hand,
secondary data will be assembled through secondary sources such as books, articles, journals,
newspapers etc. Hence, this research report includes all the necessary skills required in the

A company expects from recent graduates who want to make career in the profession of
HR that they should be aware about the advanced technologies. Graduates must be capable

Employees are the people who work in hectic environment and stressful conditions so
HR professionals have started forming and introducing wellness programmes so that mental
health of employees could be kept healthy and stable. These programmes are introduced by HR
professionals as per the requirement of employees so that positive environment can be created in
the workplace (Gunesh and Maheshwari, 2018). Now, HR executives look for strategies that help

have great knowledge of several cultures and different languages so that they can work from
anywhere.

in the market (Shaito, 2019). HR professionals are very clearly aware with the fact that when
they recruit diverse employs then only they can get talented workforce for the attainment of
defined objectives of the company. On the other hand, the other significant trend is artificial
intelligence as per the primary research because HR professionals have become dependent upon
advance tools and software for performing their operation such as recruitment, selection,
identifying vacant job positions etc.

Recruitment and selection skill:
This is one of the skills that is needed in the hr profession because their primary work is
to fill vacant job position with talented candidate so that company’s objectives would be
fulfilled. This involves ability of hiring employees through implementation of appropriate
policies of the organisation (Siddiqui and Ali, 2019).
Conflict resolution skills:

Another significant skill in the HR profession is ability to resolve issues among
employees, between a manager and an employee etc. This also facilitates in mitigating the
situation of harassment cases and safety and health issues (Arar and Öneren, 2018).
Advising skill:
Another important skill in the HR profession is advising skills because HR executives
and HR assistance are the people who guide employees in the starting stage as well as induction
of newly recruited employees (Kooij and Boon, 2018). HR professionals should clearly resolve
every type of doubt in the mind of employees related to the job roles and responsibilities.
Communication skill:
Another important skill in the HR profession is communication skill because impression
of the whole organisation is dependent upon HR because they are the people who firstly face
employees (Sheth, 2018). These professionals need to be transparent while communicating with

EVLUATION
With the above information it is examined that HR profession needs higher qualification
skills and knowledge because they have great responsibility to perform. I believe that I can make
successful career in the HR profession as I have great interaction skills which is mainly required
in this profession along with I can influence people to join the organisation. I also think that I
have great interest in challenging work and I believe that HR profession is also a challenging job
because it is surrounded by diverse people. HR profession is the job which has brighter future

because an organisation always needs employees to meet their objectives and targets. In
comparison of other jobs, I think HR profession is more interesting and challenging.
CONCLUSION
From the above gather data, it is concluded that HR profession is challenging as well as
interesting because it needs great skills and knowledge. This report has also covered latest trends
in the HR profession with the expectations that an organisation keeps from recent graduates to
perform the job role and responsibility of HR.
