This research project aims to investigate the challenges faced by the HRD team of East End Hire in implementing training and development programs for their employees. The company is facing problems in managing the performance of its employees, developing their potential, and lack of awareness and sincerity of employees towards their engagement in their job. The primary aim of this research is to find solutions to overcome these challenges and investigate the implementation of human resource policies that could enable organizations to understand challenges of human resource department with training and development of employees.
