Crewe, England. They are engaged in the manufacturing of luxury cars and SUV. Since 1998,
they work as the sub unit of Volkswagen Group and now amalgamated as the major arm of it. It
has organisational structure which is hierarchical in nature. In reference to this company, the

designed luxury cars with high quality standards followed by them. The advanced technology

company as their innovation leads to the introduction of new car models by the company.
Weakness:the requirement of huge financial capital and investment is the major

as it shape the environment of organization into formalization. As the decision related to human
