to international human resource management recruitment and detecting the factors of culture that

contractors for some time in which various of them are single vehicle outfit or single drivers In
order to improve the services of delivery and the organization has also cherish several developed
success utilizing this type of business model (Mantzaris, and Myloni, 2022). In this contractor
need to pass common test for pre employment which is beneficial for the drivers that are having
acceptable records and also having the suitable vehicle for supplying the product. These drivers
should also sign a contract for non negotiable which particularly states the nature of working
bond with the respective organization FedEx. The organization also set several basic strict
standards which link to the vehicle maintenance and function as well as its appearance. Selection

as well as recruitment is also mandatory activity for the manager of human resource in the
company the leader or manager is not accountable for recruiting the people in order to fill the
weekend places in the organization but they are also required to monitor the entire welfare of
their workers (Management_1, and Sukkar, 2022). Hence The managers of the human resource
basically focus on looking for the suitable workers for the organization betterment so that they
can become one of the most valuable resource for the company also. It also becomes more

because of lack of vital work force. They also require higher incentives as well as wages and also
suitable environment of working and current market is basically getting more influenced with

and talented workers towards the organization and offer them they are suitable contribution.
