Article 1: Managing the human resource in Indian SMEs: The role of indigenous realities This study is emphasized on managing the human resource in Indian SMEs. In this study, the researcher has used quantitative method has been practiced by the study in which pilot method and survey through questionnaire method as it facilitates to get reliable information about the research matter. The primary benefit of the pilot method is that it facilitates to the investigator to eliminate the unnecessary questionnaire from the research. It could increase thereliabilityoftheresultingoutcome.Regressionmethodisalsopracticedbythe investigator to evaluate the questionnaire and offer an opportunity to evaluate the relationship between a human resource and Indian SMEs performance. Apart from this, this method is quite costly and time-consuming as it could negatively impact on the overall outcome of the study (Saini and Budhwar, 2008). The researcher will use the SPSS Method for increasing the reliability of the study and make a reliable conclusion (Şendoğdu, Kocabacak, and Güven, 2013).
HRM4 Which of these could (or could not) be used for your research and why? For conducting my study, I will use the mixed research design that entails two methods like qualitative and quantitative method. The main reason for selecting this method is to get the advantages of both qualitative and quantitative method and eliminate the possibilities of disadvantages of these methods in the study. From the implication of this method, I will be capable to get the statistical and non-statistical method that could be effective in getting a reliable outcome. For evaluating the collected data, I will use the MS-EXCEL software and SPSS and reach a reliable conclusion. Thus, it can be evaluated that the mixed research design method will be more effective as compared to others method. What could be your feasibility concerns in any case? The feasibility study is an evaluation practiced in evaluating the capability and likelihood to attain the project effectively considering the relevant component. It could might responsible for the components, which influence economic, legal, scheduling, and technological factor. The researcher will evaluate the feasibility studies to identify the potential negative and positive result of the project before discovering the feasible amount of cost and time.
