This research aims to examine the role of human resource management in creating inclusive workplace within UK retail industry, with a focus on Marks and Spencer. The study will identify the concept of inclusive workplace, the challenges faced by HRM, and the ways through which HRM creates inclusive workplace environment. The proposed methodology includes positivism philosophy, deductive approach, survey strategy, primary and secondary data collection method, and probability sampling method. The proposed analysis highlights the importance of creating inclusive workplace environment and the role of HRM in achieving it.
