INTRODUCTION
Human resource management refers to those management of the organisation which deals
with the recruitment and selection of employees in the organisation. It is one of the most
important and valuable department of the organisation which has needed by all the department of
the organisation because of need of workforce. The main of this department is to employed the
talented employees in the organisation. The human resource management of the organisation not
only performed the function of selection but also the training and motivation of employees are
done by this department. It is the duty of the company to provide considerable authority and
resources to human resource management so that they can work effectively in the organisation.
There are number of issues are present in the market which can be faced by the organisation in
relation to human resource as it depends upon the management of the organisation that they deal
with these issues. The organisation which is chosen here to demonstrate this report is New build
plc which is a construction company and deals with a business of property. There are different
types of human resource problems are faced by the company which are states in this report and
also various theories of human resource management. It states various consideration made by
human resource department to develop ethics in their management.

of human resource problem from two years. These problems make the company to becomes
ineffective ion the market and enables to makes delaying completion of their construction
process (Andrei, Panait and Voica, 2018). It is very important for the management of New build plc
to analyse these problems and makes strategies to deal with these issues so that the company can
earn huge revenue from the market. The brief discussion related to problems faced by the

resource issues in their organisation which makes the company to have suffer from huge losses
so losses so the management of the company try to solve these problems in effective manner and
develop different measures which are given below:

hiring. From the past few years the management of organisation has hired the employees
from internally due to the lack of skilled workers in external market the board decided to
stop this function and start external hiring.
