INTRODUCTION
Human resource management is that kind of strategic approach which is effectively been
used within an organization in order to help them in gaining competitive advantage. This is one
of the most effective approach present within an organization. Also it provides stability within
working process of an organization. This been formed for maximizing performance of
employees through which services is performed with strategic objectives attained. Culture is one
of the most affective approach that is been used for making an organization attain stability within
new market where its is willing to enter. Further the file is based upon case study of cafe Pascuta
and various thing covered within the file is based upon cultural differences between Italy and
China. Also it covers about staffing starlet. In the end difficulties expatriates is been explained in

Since Italy and China are two different countries and are situated on different continents.
There culture is also different and various differences exists between them. In Italy Pizza is one
of the most famous dish while in China noodles, Manchurian and other dishes is been preferred
more. In China significance is been hold by dragon whereas in Italy mostly Christian culture is
been followed. Also there languages differ because in China Chinese is there language and Italy
people specks Italian. There are various other changes within there appearances and way of
doing particular work. Such changes has made cafe Pascuta face various challenges within HRM
and managerial practices. These challenges is been explained as follows:
Challenges related to HRM practices
Change Management: This is the very first challenge that is been faced by an cafe
Pascuta in establishing itself in China. As various kinds of facilities in relation to training and
development is to be arranged which make management face difficulties in doing so. Also cafe's
management got changed that made deliberate change within working process of cafe (Ogbeibu,
and et. al., 2020).
Leadership Development: This is another important thing which is second most important
challenge to be faced in relation to Human resource management. For building of strong and
