The designing of the watch is done with the help of sensors that helps in constant monitoring of the health conditions of the employees. In the designing that has been done in this assignment, it could be observed that the application of the band is available in the smartphones. The target audience for this fitness band are the employees. The supervisors or the managers monitor the daily activities of the employees. The average resting time per day in the workhours is maximum 2 hours. In any condition, when it has been observed that any human is resting for 2 hours straight then an alert is sent to the mobile devices notifying them about their resting time left. In lockscreen of the mobile device, a notification pops up of the application that notifies the employee about the resting time left for that individual left for that day. The employee then visits the application for checking the health monitor of that day and then go back to work. The workplace for which this application has been designed is for the manufacturing industry company where it is required to work significantly more for producing the products for the customers quickly and also perform the repair work for the customers. The goal of the company is to offer the customers with the high-quality products and also provide the employees with the hospitable and healthy environment of working. With the help of the fitness band, the managers or the supervisors could efficiently monitor

The employee’s wellness programs are mainly the most trending aspect of present times. Most of the organisations have implemented this technology for the employees of the organisation. Due to the increased awareness of the health risks, low costs of several wearable trackers, the intention is in being increasing healthier and active and there is the growing interest in quantified self, and it is no wonder the several workers are utilising the gadgets for tracking the physical activities in their homes and in their workplaces. The StayFit is could be described as the wristband that helps in tracking the physical activities as well as the health statistics per day for the people. The bands are personalised for the individuals and could be controlled by the mobile applications for allowing the appropriate customisation of the major information that is being tracked and recorded by the device. The information that is managed by the StayFit band could help in tracking the heart rate, the calories and food, miles walked, and amount of resting time that has been allocated to the employees for the organisation. It could be considered that the StayFit devices are significantly beneficial for the organisationalemployees.Thebandissignificantlymotivational.Fortheemployees managing any active lifestyle, the activity itself could is the appropriate reward. Endorphins are released during the physical activity and it helps in making the people feel good that prompts the individuals to stay constantly active. The implication of this application in the organisation could be observed as employees getting active in their work and there would be significant increase in the health conditions of the employees as this application would prevent any major illness among the employees.
