This project has been undertaken to propose a specific learning
management system for the university HOLMES institute, as a reason of

LMS Blackboard refers to a learning environment having a virtual
existence as well as refers to a learning management system that has

potential users to this blackboard website that have been identified to be
benefitted from the specific development of the website are namely the
students, the professors as well as the lecturers, the librarian, the
administration department and lastly, the newer students contain the
thought of taking admission within the university.

containing important information has also been provided so that the users
find it easy to get hold of the required information that they have been
looking for.
In addition to this, the website has the special provision of the
related information getting translated to any language as preferred by the
user for a reason that the website shall be visited by students from all
over the world communicating in different languages to be specific. On
the other hand, the website has also been built keeping in mind the users
belonging to a higher age (Walker
et al., 2016). For such elderly people, a
minimalistic view has been provided to the user having used designs and
colors, which shall not provide any harm or strain to the eyes of the
people belonging to such particular age group.
