Its major objective of service provision is based on personalized services for the sake of its customers who rely on the company due to its experience in the airways sector. The airways systems of the firm are improved and integrated with automation through specific quality improvement measures (Madar, 2015). First, the firms have over the years had successful deployment of service centers through which they integrate their management systems starting with the distribution center environment and direct and simplified tracking of their airways transactions. The airways management systems have been automated in such a way that they achieve fast and accurate paths of picking, airways process, and prompt actions. The Airways Company focuses on improving quality through the management of human labor which makes them flexible to change into new business conditions. This will be followed by the discussion on how companies are committed, and make correct actions and decisions in order to remain competitive while at the same time managing the quality of airways. The airways environment has today become very dynamic and challenging in so many ways. This is because there have been rapid technological developments as well as management issues that have changed the perspectives towards airways sector (Madar, 2015). As a result, it is very important for airways companies to be committed, and make correct actions and decisions in order to remain competitive more so when it comes to the management of quality. Quality management is one of the various strategies that US Airways experts can undertake in an attempt
HUMAN FACTORS3 to meet their objectives in the current airways environment. This is because quality management is the simple concept of understanding the various requirements of airways; scarce resources, identifying the airways issues and deliverables as well as understanding the time constraints within an airways site (Mahmood et al., 2015). Quality management aims at having an effective and efficient team with a common leader that can motivate and cooperate to get outcomes in the running of a successful airways company in today’s harsh and competitive airways environment. Quality management plays very important roles in airways in the current environment. One of these roles is that it makes it easy for airways companies to focus on their priorities, overcome challenges, make goals and objectives and well as measure the performance of the airways in general. Quality management makes it possible for managers of any airways in New Zealand to become flexible to any changes in the airways environment hence helping airways workers to achieve a higher probability and performance of success in all projects they undertake (Ucisik-Keser et al., 2016). Quality management is also fundamental to any airways as it helps airways leaders to advance ahead in the industry as well as add value to their final products and services. It helps New Zealand airways workers to plan their objectives in a strategic manner, innovate, as well as enabling the economy advance as a whole. Swissair Airways programs and portfolios also play fundamental roles in airways sector setting. Quality enables managers of Swissair airways to create unique services and products hence bringing about innovation in the airways industry in general. Programs on the other hand are essential to the airways company since they enables managements to apply different skills and knowledge to achieve their different set objectives while portfolios are equally essential to the airways since they bring about the achievement of strategic objectives in an airways company (Mahmood et al., 2015). These three are related since they yield similar and related objectives in
HUMAN FACTORS4 any airways company and are related to the airways strategic objectives since they aim at bringing about progress in any airways company. The quality improvement study being analyzed at the two airways companies is the need for quality management. There have been a lot of cases whereby clients who have had their projects competed in the wrong way due to lack of proper management and efficiency (Al- Hawary et al., 2016). As a result, the effectiveness of airways applications and technology that can be used on the sites and projects of clients is being reviewed to ascertain whether this would be an effective solution to the current issue being faced in the airways industry. Quality management has been found to be useful in most airways facilities that have implemented professionals, technology companies, and clients are the fundamental participants of this conversation(Uisik-Keser et al., 2016). This is because the airways professionals in conjunction with the technological companies are the ones responsible of coming up with effective airways technologies that client and managers will use to monitor their projects and communicate with constructors on site. Clients on the other hand are responsible for giving honest opinions about the projects especially as regards how useful they are in monitoring their statuses. Since these apps also incorporate project reminders, all clients in the airways industry should also participate in the review by giving their feedback on whether the apps are useful despite of their costs. Constructors among other professionals are bound to benefit from the process in pace to reduce the rates of project failure and also reducing chances if complications in the airways facilities (Al-Hawary et al., 2016). This will help improve the quality of services as it is a person-centered form of program.

This is because project management is the simple concept of understanding the various requirements of projects, scarce resources, identifying the organizational deliverables as well as understanding the time constraints within a business. Project management aims at having an effective and efficient team with a common leader that
HUMAN FACTORS6 can motivate and cooperate to get outcomes in the running of a successful organization in today’s harsh and competitive environment. Through these developments, the companies have realized and provided a lot of customer benefits. One, the company has been able to provide an extensive and comprehensive solution to the issues of supply chain and logistics, something that has enabled the growth of new markets and verticals that the company can venture into. With such levels of competence and high levels of airways based operations, the customers benefit from the logistic driven results in the services they need from the company. The collaboration of departments under the airways process enables the company to plan on what targets to attain. Flexible solutions for the customers are also provided under the same perspective which builds the company’s relationship with their customers since they are able to reach their limits comfortably. The airways programs have enabled the company to have presence in all areas of airways in the nation. In managing the quality of airways management, risk management techniques are also crucial aspects that need to be given the first hand in dealing with. There are numerous risk management techniques that are used to identify, assess and plan responses to the different risks that take place in airways site. Given the difference in these techniques and the nature of a risk, it is very important to ensure that the right measure is chosen and employed in an effective manner in an attempt to mitigate risks (Al-Hawary et al., 2016). One of the risk management techniques used is the Ishikawa Diagram. This technique allows an individual to break down a problem and identify its various components starting with the safety of airways workers to their efficiency. This technique works from behind by addressing the effects of a risk by identifying its cause to the quality of the airways.
