• Basically used to define motivation among people.

• Necessary for proper execution
• Necessary for development of organization

MASLOW’S THEORY OF NEEDS
• An attribution of the theory that is based on the psychological approach
• Includes the observation of the human’s innate curiosity
• Development is basically focusing on the stages of growth in humans

AND Y
• Classified as a motivational theory that is mainly used at many
management level
• Classified as a motivational theory that is mainly used at many

• Applied by the managerial member in the human resource management,
organizational behavior and organizational communication.
• The two factors, theory x and theory y is also proposed by mcgregor

OUCHI’S MOTIVATION THEORY
• Also classified as the theory of Z
• Mainly used for focusing on the increase of the employee loyalty
• The theory of Z is the management approach for the development and
the promotion
• Employment with a high end productivity and high employee morals as
well as satisfaction.

THE DEVELOPMENT OF TEAM
BUILDING
• Amount of training that is needed for the analysis and making of the
team
• The steps that are necessary developed and made team building
• Forming, storming, norming, performing, and adjourning.

THE TRAINING
• Provided by the management for the team members
• Team member would be given special sets of training
• The training provided also helps in decreasing the overall cost of the
project
