This article taken to review shows the management as well as
leadership in the health sector of Canada. This research article shows
the Human and health service in Canada. This also determines the
gaps in human resource and the need of skill for the health leaders
and the mangers associated in Canada.

1. Research question This research paper addresses research question on four
theme area namely: Health human resource planning and
forecasting, Supply of health care leaders/managers,
Production of health care leaders/managers,
Management, organization and delivery of health services
across the health continuum and the workplace
environment. There are many question related to these
themes that helps to solve the gap in human resource and
the need of skill for the health leaders and the mangers.
2. Purpose of research This research article mainly addresses two purpose for
which the search study is carried out.
The first research objective aims to study the gap in
human resource and the need of skills for human leaders
and human managers in Canada.
The second purpose serves to establish a partnership in
pan-Canadian for developing the human resource strategy
in the health sectors.
3. Research design The researcher, Annette Hewitt has used the HHR
Conceptual Framework to carry out the research paper.
