U.S. This report covers the human resource function and their significance, selection methods
strengths and weaknesses, person specification, advantage and disadvantage of advertising jobs
and recommendation regarding job advert for receptionist vacancy. Moreover, benefits of
graduate training schemes, internship and flexible working arrangements for employee and firm
are also explained. Apart from this employee engagement and its key approaches as well as key
elements of employment legislations are also mentioned in this report.
