Background
Trans-National Enterprises is a popular telecommunication company in Australia which

their future in the organisation. However, the situation was different and it went against the
expectation of the employees as well. Working pressure in Trans-National Enterprises is huge
where the employees in sales have to work for long hours. It disrupts their social life also due to
late night work and weekend work as well. In this regard, a grievance is arising among the
employees and they lodge complaints against their extensive work pressure and unpleasant
working culture. As an inevitable outcome, issues like heightens of employee turnover rate poses
serious challenge for Trans-National Enterprises to continue its growth and profitability.
Therefore, the National Human Manager will take necessary steps in order to reduce the staff
